About Ann Kruse, JD, MSOD, CPCC, ACC
Ann works with individuals and teams to enhance and
accelerate their professional growth and excellence,
in order to succeed in a world of increasing complexity
and ambiguity. She helps clients deepen their capacity to:
- clarify their goals,
- broaden their perspective,
- increase their self-awareness and awareness of others,
- confront self-limiting beliefs,
- take bold action to achieve their goals, and
- learn from their experience.
Ann has been advising and coaching leaders and professionals for over 30 years as a lawyer, an organization development consultant, a human resources manager, and a coach. She has worked in a variety of industries, as well as in government, education, and nonprofit sectors. Her services include speaking engagements and customized workshops.
In 2010, Ann created The Savvy AdvisorSM, a new service designed for professionals and technical specialists who want to expand their influence and work with clients in a way that builds deep, enduring, and high-trust relationships.
Professional Credentials:
- Ann holds professional coaching certifications through the International Coaching Federation (ACC) and the Coaches Training Institute (CPCC); a Master of Science degree in Organization Development (MSOD) from the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University; a law degree (JD) from Georgetown University; and a BA and graduate work in Psychology.
- She is certified to administer the Myers-Brigg Type Inventory (MBTI), the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), the EQ in Action Profile, the Lominger Leadership Development Tools, and other instruments.
- She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the Lake Washington Human Resources Assn.(LWHRA) and the Organization Development Network (ODN).
